Preview from England (week 15)

Who will be lifting this?

Who will be lifting this?

Arsenal Vs Sunderland: Our view is: Sam Allardyce insists Sunderland will have to be on top of their game to claim an away win over Arsenal despite the injury problems suffered by the hosts. Sunderland have pulled out of the Barclays Premier League relegation zone with a run of three wins in five matches, as Allardyce has started to make his mark on his new side. The Wearsiders have not beaten Arsenal away from home in the league since 1983 but will be aiming to end that drought, with a number of players absent from Arsenal’s squad owing to injury. Arsenal is without Jack Wilshere (ankle), Danny Welbeck (knee), Alexis Sanchez (hamstring), Francis Coquelin and Santiago Cazorla (both knee) so it’s injuries for days for the gunners. Sunderland look much better and look to be finding something to attempt the impossible and avoid the drop, as Arsenal aim to avoid a fourth straight league fixture without a win. If the Gunners drop this one, find a rock and hide…. Seriously hide!!! Draw 2-2

Manchester United Vs West Ham United: Our view is: West Ham need a win and they need it bad!! Are a susceptible United the team to beat?  United captain Wayne Rooney will miss Saturday’s Barclays Premier League match against West Ham United with an ankle injury, manager Louis van Gaal has confirmed. This might actually help united… Ander Herrera and Antonio Valencia are also out of Saturday’s match at Old Trafford, but Marouane Fellaini could be restored to the matchday squad. West Ham will need Andy Carroll to shoulder a lot of load in the coming weeks with Diafra Sakho missing for up to 10 weeks. This puts huge pressure on a team not scoring goals. We want the West Ham back that took the scalps of England’s biggest and best!!! Are United next? Draw 1-1

Southampton Vs Aston Villa: Our view is: Southampton will seek to bounce back from a heavy defeat when they host Aston Villa. After taking a first-minute lead through Sadio Mane Ronald Koeman’s side suffered a 6-1 League Cup quarter-final defeat against Liverpool at St Mary’s Stadium on Wednesday, but they will view a home match against the BPL’s bottom club as a good opportunity to make amends, and so they should Villa have not won in the league since they were last on the south coast, beating AFC Bournemouth 1-0 on the opening day of the season in August. Villa have been rubbish and Remi’s gang need to find something otherwise this Xmas is not going to be very Merry…. Southampton 2-0

Leicester City Vs Swansea City: Our view is: Two teams who have had contrasting starts to the season meet in the Barclays Premier League on Saturday when Swansea City welcome Leicester City to the Liberty Stadium. Garry Monk’s hosts have only won one of their last 10 league matches, losing six of those matches to see them slide down to 15th in the table. But their opponents’ mood is completely different, with surprise package Leicester flying high in second place and behind leaders Manchester City on goal difference. Claudio Ranieri’s men have only lost one of their last 18 BPL matches, stretching back to their impressive finish to the 2014/15 campaign. Vardy is on fire but Gomis couldn’t hit the side of a Whales ass!!! So we are seeing the roll continue, Vardy to score Foxes to Win 3-1

Watford V Norwich: Our view is: Norwich will be out to build on last Sunday’s 1-1 draw with Arsenal as they search for a second away league win of the campaign, but all this will be about the lovely run of form Watford has been enjoy of late. Watford, who ran out 3-2 winners at Aston Villa last weekend, were beaten twice by this weekend’s opponents in the Championship last term, losing 3-0 both at home and away. Flores’ men go into Saturday’s Barclays Premier League encounter in 11th position, six points and five places above Alex Neil’s Norwich side. Deeney and Inghalo have been dominating and we see them being very prominent. Watford 3-2 winners.

Stoke City Vs Manchester City: Our view is: 2 teams in so/so kind of form. Stoke are in 12th but only 6 points of Liverpool in 6th and City have slipped to 3rd after occupying top spot for some weeks. City came back to form last week by belting Southampton and then winning again mid week in the league cup, so that could be a mini turning point for the Citizens. No Kun Aguero this week and also no Peter Crouch for the Potters. Stoke need to find that rough and tumble style they play so well, it suits them and their minimal tiki taka style, We see a cagy style game won by City 1-0!!!

Newcastle United Vs Liverpool: Our view is: 2 complete contrasts for Managers (Klopp and Mclaren) one manager is flying and the other is struggling to keep his job. Liverpool have hit great form over the past month and should welcome back Coutinho to the starting 11. Newcastle will be without Williamson and are sorely missing Timo Krul. Big game for both teams Liverpool 2-1 winners
